For the renovation of the Vintage Square building located at 755 Van Ness Avenue, our mission was to create a boutique hotel that can stimulate the economic growth of Fresno and showcase key elements of what Fresno is known for. Also, to inform our guests about the history and culture of Fresno. The Demeter Hotel, which is named after the Greek Goddess of agriculture, emphasizes one of the most known aspects of Fresno: its rich farming and greatness of wineries. We provide various services on all floors in the Demeter Hotel, including the first level: a small restaurant, ballroom, bar, reception, and lobby. On the basement floor: a winery, fitness area, and spa. The Mezzanine floor is an art gallery, and on the third floor are Hotel Suites.
